We act only for clients, after KYC, risk profiling and a signed agreement, which then governs our services. Nothing here is an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where it would be unlawful.
Regulatory Status
aarthiq Videsh services are offered by JMD Aarthiq Private Limited and JMD Arthvistaar Private Limited. Their registrations are listed in our Regulatory Disclosures. Registration granted by SEBI, membership of BASL and certification from NISM in no way guarantee the performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors.
Global investments made through Interactive Brokers (IBKR) do not fall under the purview of SEBI. Property management services are not regulated by SEBI. SEBI’s grievance mechanisms do not cover them.
Investments in the securities market are subject to market risks, including loss of capital; past performance does not indicate future returns. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; read all scheme-related documents carefully. Assured-return schemes are prohibited by law, and we never offer them.
Accuracy
We aim to keep this site accurate and current but cannot guarantee it. Rules on remittances, tax and residency change often, and third-party information may change; its mention is not an endorsement.

All text, design and marks belong to aarthiq unless stated. Do not reproduce them without written permission.
Acceptable Use

Linked Sites & Login
We do not control SEBI SCORES, the ODR portal, third-party investment platforms or the client login portals linked from this site; their own terms apply. Keep your login details private, and report any misuse to support@aarthiq.in.
Availability
We do not promise uninterrupted access, and no internet transmission is fully secure. We are not liable for failures beyond our reasonable control.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this site. Our duties to clients under our agreements and applicable regulations are unaffected.
Indemnity
If you misuse this site or breach these terms, you agree to cover any resulting loss to us.
Governing Law
Indian law applies, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. Investors may also use SEBI SCORES and Smart ODR. Disputes under a client agreement follow that agreement.
General
If any term is unenforceable, the rest still apply. Delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver.
