Some of our services are not regulated by SEBI. Global investments made through Interactive Brokers (IBKR) do not fall under the purview of SEBI. Property management services are not regulated by SEBI. Where a plan touches such products or services, we tell you first, and SEBI’s grievance mechanisms do not cover them.
We do not:

- hold or manage client money or securities
- carry out remittances; your bank does, at your instruction
- give legal or tax advice; we work alongside your CA and lawyer

Onboarding
No advice and no fee before the agreement is signed. Advisory clients first receive the Investor Charter, the Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC) and the Disclosure Document. KYC, due diligence and risk profiling are completed before we begin.
Fees & Terms
Advisory fees are agreed in writing, exclude GST, and stay within SEBI’s limits: for individual and HUF clients, ₹1,51,000 per family a year (fixed fee) or 2.5% a year of assets under advice. These limits cover only advice on SEBI-regulated securities.
For mutual fund and PMS distribution, JMD Arthvistaar Private Limited receives commission from the asset management companies and portfolio managers whose products it distributes. Details of the commission on any product are available on request, before you invest.
Fees for services outside SEBI’s purview, such as property management, are agreed separately in writing.
Fees are paid only from your own bank account, by cheque, demand draft, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS or UPI. No cash or third-party payments.
Conflicts of Interest
Advice and distribution are kept separate at client level, as SEBI requires: a client who receives investment advice from JMD Aarthiq Private Limited, and that client’s family, do not receive distribution services from JMD Arthvistaar Private Limited, and the reverse. Related-party dealings are at arm’s length, and conflicts are disclosed promptly.
Our people never trade ahead of clients or on price-sensitive information.
Use of AI
We do not use AI tools in investment advice, and client data never enters an unapproved AI tool. Any change will be disclosed to you first.
Records & Confidentiality
KYC, risk profiles, advice with its rationale, and records of interactions are kept for at least five years, or longer if disputed or required by regulation. All are confidential, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
